In Loving Memory of Barbara L. Rodgers ("Bobbi")It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved, Bobbi Rodgers, on October 15,2024 at around 3:57 PM. Born on August 28, 1940, she lived a life filled with kindness, grace, and anunwavering spirit. Bobbi, was not only a loving grandmother but also a devoted mother, wife and friend. She touched the livesof everyone she met with her warmth and generosity. Her legacy is one of love, resilience, and an inspiringability to find joy in the simplest of moments. She faced life's adversities with strength and grace that inspired all who knew her. No challenge was toogreat for her indomitable spirit, and her ability to persevere was a testament to her character. One of her greatest joys was traveling the United States with her beloved husband. Their journeys togethercreated cherished memories that filled their lives with adventures and love. She was always Don's gigglebox, bringing laughter and light to his days. She is survived by her husband Donald Rodgers; her daughters, Dawn Choquette, Shelli Rodgers, and DianeSalyers; her son, Brian; seven grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and her sister, Margaret Goss;who will forever cherish her memory and the invaluable lessons she imparted. We will remember her forher bright smile, her comforting embrace, and her raw unfiltered approach to life. She was the epitome ofstraightforwardness, always telling it like it is with unwavering honesty. There was no pretense with her-she cut straight to the point, yet always did so without a hint of judgment. Her candidness was a breath offresh air, and her genuine nature made her a trusted confidante. She was the kind of woman who saw thingsas they were and spoke her mind with kindness and integrity, making everyone around her feel truly seenand understood. A service to celebrate Bobbi's life will be held on October 27, 2024 at Evergreen Memorial Gardens,Vancouver, Washington at 12:00 PM. We take solace in knowing that she is now at peace, reunited with her siblings Jan Clark, Jack Holmes, BudHolmes, Joyce Allison, Jean Nyquist, and Clarence "Sunny" Holmes. Her memory will live on in our heartsforever.
