Angela Marie Sperandio-Hart

Angela Sperandio-Hart was born in San Diego CA on March 23, 1971, to Robert and Bonnie Sperandio, who also had an older daughter, Stacy. Her first years in school were spent in Gilbert AZ, San Diego after her parents divorced, then Moscow ID through her first year in high school, then Pullman WA, where she graduated from high school in 1989. In Pullman High, she played soccer and was active in the schools Natural Helpers program, which taught students how to help and counsel other students with personal or academic problems. Following two quarters at Eastern Washington University, she transferred to Washington State University in Pullman, majoring in Psychology, and graduating from WSU-Vancouver in 1994. Remaining in Vancouver, she slowly built a career in Human Resources, working for several companies until developing health issues made it impossible for her to continue working. Meanwhile, she married Phil Hart in 2000, a well-employed elevator technician, and together they had two children, Alyssa (Aly), 14, and Jacob (Jake), almost 11. Although she and Phil divorced, they remained friends and he was a source of considerable assistance to her as her health issues mounted. Several of her school associates, from both Moscow and Pullman, remembered her for her kindness, and spoke of it. When in reasonable health, she was seen as extremely humorous and full of spirit and personality. She was strongly dedicated to the welfare of her children and worked closely with Phil to achieve their well-being. She was quite religious but attended no one church. She wrote moving poetry, and heartfelt, intense messages on birthday and Christmas and other cards. She frequently raised with her parents the need for some specific charitable contribution. Angie died in Peace Health Hospital in Vancouver on Dec. 21, 2017, after several months of rapid and uncontrollable decline in health. She leaves her children Aly and Jake; her parents Charles and Bonnie Millham and Robert Sperandio; her sister Stacy (Rob) Dayley and their children Tyler and Ryan; her brother Orion Cassetto; her step-brother Michael (Keleren) Millham; and numerous friends. She will be long remembered and long and painfully missed.
